Sam is a registered teacher and developmental educator who has a passion supporting student’s understanding to reduce anxiety in the classroom and engage with their learning. This is enhanced by her qualifications in Special Education and Disability Studies and ongoing development through a Graduate Certificate in Disability Practices. She is passionate about working with children who need extra support to access their learning through supporting their skills, self-efficacy and wellbeing.

Sam’s area of expertise is supporting children with disabilities in mainstream education settings.

Sam delivers individual programs to support the learning needs of the child in a nurturing environment enabling them to explore their preferred learning styles to become lifelong learners. Different strategies will be developed that students can transfer from sessions, to home and school to make learning more accessible.
